About Us

Lamm and Company is a long-established CPA firm with offices in McCall and Grangeville, Idaho. We service clients throughout the state of Idaho as well as different parts of the country. Our Team

J. Barrett Lamm, CPA

McCall

Barrett grew up in McCall, oftentimes spending afternoons or weekends at his dad’s CPA firm shredding documents or filing paperwork as apart-time job. After graduating from Boise State University with his degree in Accounting in 2009, Barrett began working for a real estate development company in Boise performing all their in-house accounting needs. In 2012, Barrett’s dad, Rick Lamm, approached him about taking over the accounting practice he had built since 1989. Knowing this would require more than filing and paper shredding, Barrett acquired his CPA license in the fall of 2013 and he and his father began the ownership transition in January of 2014. In 2017, Rick transferred his remaining ownership and Barrett purchased another accounting firm in Grangeville, Idaho. When he’s not running two accounting offices, he loves spending time with his wife and kids. He enjoys golfing, hiking, hunting, fishing, wakeboarding, wakesurfing, snowmobiling, skiing, and working in his wood shop. He also volunteers on various non-profit boards and organizations in the community.

Kendra Brown, CPA

McCall

Kendra is a CPA that joined the Lamm & Company team in early 2017. Kendra was born and raised in Valley County. She received her Bachelor’s in Accounting from University of Idaho and pursued her CPA license shortly after. Kendra spent three years working in a large public accounting firm in Washington and then two years in private industry before returning to her hometown. Out of the office Kendra enjoys the company of her wonderful husband and two children. She enjoys skiing, hiking, beaching it, and all that Valley County has to offer. Kendra provides tax, payroll, and bookkeeping services.

Mary Beth Allen

McCall

“I began working for the Lamms in 2001 and have met so many nice people through the years. I process payroll for many clients, guiding them through paying employees, paying payroll taxes and reporting to state and federal agencies. I also provide monthly bookkeeping services, assisting clients with maintaining current and accurate records for their businesses. If asked, ‘what do you do?’, I say, ‘I help people!’ I love being part of this great team!”

Lisa Stokes

McCall

Lisa joined our staff in January of 2017. She assists with payroll, bookkeeping, and data entry as well as front desk responsibilities. Outside of the office, Lisa enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and their four children. She is usually happiest sitting in the sun near a refreshing body of water.

Jude Muir

McCall

Jude previously ran her own business in the flower industry. She joined Rick Lamm CPA in 2007 and continued work when we changed names to Lamm & Company back in 2014. Jude is an essential part of our staff who helps put together our tax return packets and assists with other various organization and office needs.

Jim Liddell, MST, CPA

Grangeville

Jim grew up in New Plymouth, Idaho on his father’s dairy farm next to the Payette River where he spent plenty of time hunting, fishing, and enjoying nature. He graduated from Boise State university with his bachelor’s in Accounting and later he graduated from Golden Gate University with his Master of Science in Taxation. He has been a CPA since 1991 and recently moved back to Idaho from Montana. He loves family, the outdoors, and visiting with clients.  He has worked in public accounting and in private industry with responsibilities for tax, accounting, and management.

Gwen Liddell

Grangeville

I have had opportunities to develop a career while attending college in Utah and Idaho in the Banking Industry, working as a teller, bookkeeper, loan assistant in different areas of banking, being an Administrative Assistant and a customer service representative working with the Officers of the Bank and helping the Bank’s customers resolve their financial questions and concerns. Today, I am excited to bring the knowledge and skills I have acquired over the years to assist our customers at Lamm & Co., helping with their accounting needs.The most valuable work experience of my life has been learned from being a wife and mother. [I love being with our 10 children (8 girls & 2 boys) and our 22 grandchildren.]  Building a home and family takes lots of dedication and hard work, education, and “customer service”.  There are so many bits and pieces of different career paths that are required to be successful as a mother.  What I have learned is there is great value that comes from being dedicated to those you serve whether a family or a client. Giving them my best effort has been the proven element in helping them to have success in their goals and life.

Rhonda Stockton

Grangeville

Rhonda was hired in August 2011 as a receptionist/bookkeeper for the previous owner. She retained her position when Barrett bought the business in January 2017.
Her duties are greeting clients, answering the phone, booking client appointments, ordering office supplies, bookkeeping, preparing all client work papers for tax prep, printing all copies of the tax return, calling clients to pick up and e-filing the returns. She was born and raised in Grangeville. When she isn’t working she enjoys watching sports, especially the Seahawks, traveling, reading, playing cards and boardgames with family and friends.
